We do not offer refunds or returns. However, we’re happy to assist with exchanges

SIMPLE STEPS TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S):

If you wish to exchange any portion of your online order, please complete the Return Form and include it with your return shipment.

REPACK MERCHANDISE

Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to exchange, are included with your exchange shipment.

WE WILL ARRANGE A PICKUP

Customer needs to return the merchandise to the courier arranged by the barcode team. The courier will pick up your repacked merchandise from your registered postal address. 

EXCHANGE CHARGES

Please be advised that all Exhange orders will be charged an additional of Rs. 450

Cancellation Policy

If a customer has made an advance payment before dispatch and decides to cancel the order, the refunded amount will be processed within 3 to 4 working days
